The Genseo plugin package adds workflow instructions and a connection to the hosted MCP server. For ChatGPT, use the Genseo ChatGPT app with OAuth instead of copying an API key from this repo. Public repository:

No Genseo application source code or credentials ship in this repository.

Claude Code

Open /mcp in Claude Code and confirm the genseo server is connected.

Codex

Set a project-bound API key before launching Codex, or use the HTTP MCP block on MCP Server:

Cursor

Install from the Cursor plugin directory using the same repository, or add the remote MCP URL from MCP Server. Prefer OAuth when the client supports marketplace sign-in; otherwise use a project-bound key in environment storage only.

Publishing changes a live website through a configured CMS integration. Review the target post and confirm before publishing.

Verify the connection

Confirm the genseo MCP server is connected.
Call genseo_me or genseo_projects_list.
Select one project and verify name and domain.
List a small set of keywords or posts.
Test writes with a draft, not a live publish.
