# Site health

> Genseo crawls your site for issues with evidence and page scores, so URLs stay fetchable and citable in AI answers.

Site health supports **AEO/GEO**: models cite pages they can fetch and trust. Genseo crawls your project domain, scores pages, and lists **open site issues** with evidence and affected URLs.

## What you get

* **Health summary**: Aggregate scores and open issue counts.
* **Issues**: Rule, severity, recommendation, and page-level occurrences.
* **Audits**: Start a crawl, monitor progress, and run **rechecks** after fixes.
* **Pages**: Per-URL quality scores from the latest audit.

Audits are asynchronous. Rate limits apply on the [Public API](/developers/public-api).

## Typical workflow

1. Start or open the latest audit in [Genseo](https://app.genseo.co?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=documentation\&utm_campaign=site-health-app).
2. Triage high-severity open issues; read evidence before changing production.
3. Fix on your CMS or codebase.
4. Mark fixed occurrences done, then run a recheck.
5. Review [Opportunities](/product/opportunities) for prioritized follow-ups.

Use the [ChatGPT app](/developers/chatgpt) to list open issues for a selected project using stored audit data.
